Yes! We should get a team together. I know there are more interested in this. I think it would be cool to not only show how to analyze the data, but also put together a list of skills that are needed with good tutorials.

I found this cool site that has a bunch of count data: http://bowtie-bio.sourceforge.net/recount/. It is already processed, but could be cool as example data for down stream analysis.
