GetMedicalCondition - causing high CPU on Cold Fusion

We have a need to pull the medical conditions AND notes / treatment from TASS via the API. When using the getmedicalcondition call we see multiple individual calls to the TASS API that run for several DAYS (note we have 3,200 students).
In addition we see cold fusion CPU spike to 100% and we have to kill the call or restart CF.

When using the getmedicalconditions - note the (s) - this call does a very efficient bulk call but only returns the conditions and no notes or treatments.

Can you confirm this from your side or suggest a way to improve the bulk the nature of the more informative getmedicalconditions API.
