brew install error

hi, i just found this new version of wineskin, and am trying to get it to work on my mac (running Monterey). i first tried brew install, and downloading was successful but the installation kept giving me the error "0 arguments given, expected 1-2". is there something I am missing in the brew installation process besides using the command provided?

because of this error I did manual installation, which worked until after I downloaded an engine. the list of installed engines remains empty regardless of how many engines I seem to successfully download and install. any guidance on how to either complete the brew install process, or get the engine list to show in the manual download, would be appreciated
