[Earthbounds] Skeletons should be able to use Flingshot added by Earthbounds Mod #227

Earthbounds adds a new ranged weapon called the flingshot. It can fire shells and special potions with various effects over short distances. The ammunition to be fired needs to be held in the off-hand while holding / using the slingshot. Skeletons can't use this weapon properly. They can hold the flingshot in their attack hand, but can't hold any ammunition in their off-hand. When attacking, they then hit enemies instead of firing any ammunition in the inventory.

While it certainly is a niche weapon, I'd like support for that weapon eventually. Skeletons should be able to use a slingshot to fire flinging potions and shells, some of which cause small delayed explosions on impact within the mod.
