Feature request: parameter to limit number of displayed toast notifications

Currently it is easy for toast rack to be filled for the whole screen height (e.g. if user quickly presses action which generates notification) - see screenshot.

It will be nice to have global setting to either limit number of simultaneously displayed notifications or set it to single notification.
