DataTable - Add the ability to filter/ hide rows based on a criteria

Textual provides the ability to remove rows based on their row id . It would be useful to allow the user to filter rows (without to remove the underlying data) based on a row id or even a high level criteria.

For example in JavaScript you can play with some attributes, like shown here.
