Improve email template when something goes wrong

I tried to send an email from UI to asab-iris but my asab-iris had a wrong configuration. And this is what I got.

As a non-programmer I would be terrified. Error! On the other hand, there are no logs in asab-iris for this event. If an admin tried to investigate what the problem was, they wouldn't know.

• 1.) Log that something went wrong
• 2.) Send an email that a non-programmer can understand.

With help of ChatGPT:
(Additional info about the e-mail can be extended if possible to be able to pair the e-mail with logs being specific)

Add at the very bottom section "Details about the error" - with the error from the current mail.

Subject can be "Email Processing Issue in LogMan.io"
