No large trees

I cant bonemeal 4 saplings into a large tree, e.g. 4 redwood saplings wont become a large redwood tree

Also, make sure the surrounding ground is clear. Your four saplings should be in the middle of a 4x4 square of completely clear land. This requirement is the same for vanilla 2x2 trees.
