[Bug?] Endermen somehow pick up Netherrack again.

MC: 1.16.5. Fabric: 0.11.1 and API 0.30.13. Mod: v2.2.0

In Minecraft 1.16, there was a change to which blocks Enderman could pick up, and Netherrack was removed from the pool in Snapshot 20w07a (while they could pick up the new stuff from the Warped Forest biome instead). But this mod, somehow, makes enderman pick up Netherrack again. I hope this is unintended, because Mojang made Endermen unable to pick up Netherrack for a good reason. Noticed this when i saw how annoying it was in Repurposed Structure's warped variant of Nether mineshafts. Went to see if there was a configuration for endermen and there was none. It's not a problem if we make endermen not pick up netherrack again, right? This mod isn't even about the Nether.
