requireOwnerOnline config variable not working

Version: SoulShardsRespawn-1.12.2-1.1.1-13.jar
Forge Version: 14.23.5.2838 Mc Version: 1.12.2

When a player activates a soul cage, the soul cage doesn't start. Tried logging back in to see if the soul cage/soulshard detected the player but no change occurred.
