Disable shops in regions

Suggestion
This is a tip I requested months ago with the old feedback site.

• Add a button to disable shop creation in some regions.
• I need this feature for the WorldGuar plugin
• This function should work much like the button to disable worlds, only instead of worlds it disables the region

How would it benefit others?
This can be useful because if you create a spawn region for the players, if there are chests in the region the players can create a shop and this is not good. Hope this feature will be added as soon as possible.

Additional context
This suggestion was put in planning on Techscode's public Trello, I leave you a screenshot of the page attached.
The Trello post was added on March 13, 2021 and classified as Important, however nothing has been done yet. I hope something will be done as soon as possible.

We have added this feature into Ultra Regions.

If you would like to have this added to World Guard or any other region plugin you will need to contact the developers of these plugins and let them listen to the ShopCreationEvent of the Insane Shops API
