GUI animations

Suggestion
Ultra Customizer provides us with a great system of managing a GUI only issue is that we can NOT make an animated GUI for example animated title's lore's and not even animated buttons.
It would be great to have an option that allows us to create animations for buttons Title's and Lore's.

How would it benefit others?
A lot of people have been asking for this and the old feedback website contained this.

Maybe Animated GUI would be really cool idea. Also, the idea of having animation on buttons Title's and Lore's is really good and could be very useful in many scenarios.
