UltraEconomy - The option to create multiple bank accounts

Currently there's only the option to create a single Bank Account
However if a player was, for example, to run a Player Town it'd be useful for them to have a secondary Bank Account where they could allocate balance for their Town Manager to have access to without having to use their main Bank Account for that

So maybe an additional setting for the Bank Feature where the Server Owner can set the maximum Amount of Bank Accounts a player can own would be nice, potentially with increasing costs per additional account
