Toggle option to disable the auto updater feature completely.

All Ultra plugins should have an option in the settings menu to toggle the auto-updater on or off. I don't use it, it rarely actually works, and it's quite annoying having the popup constantly show up when launching a plugin.

I've got over 12 backend Paper servers in my bungee network, all running Ultra plugins, so having it popup 12 times a day gets pretty annoying 😂, especially when it's actually asking me to 'downgrade':

Would be pretty simple to implement across the board, just a toggle option in settings. And to make things even better you could have that setting sync across all plugins connected via MySQL.
