When using a Crafting Station to add modifiers to any of the Tinker's Construct arrows then it will duplicate them depending on how many arrows and modifiers you used.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Place down a Crafting Station
Put some Tinker's arrows in the middle slot
Add modifiers around the arrows
Take out the modified arrows from the output
What's the expected result?
You should get one arrow for every arrow modified. For example get 64 arrows at most before you need to add more arrows and modifiers.
What's the actual result?
If you used 64 arrows and right-clicked to get the modified arrows then you will get 64 modified arrows and all materials used will go down by one. Then if you right-click again on the output then it will give you 63 and so on.
Using shift-right click will just repeat the same bug.
