Steps to reproduce

Running datadict on jaffle_shop

Expected behavior

Datadict should update yaml files in the models/ folder.

Actual behavior

Datadict currently recognizes the models & yaml files in the models/ folder but only updates them in subfolders of models/

0.1.0
