Data Dictionary initialization failed.

Please fill out the detail below, it helps me investigate the bug:

1. Driver (Ex: PostgreSQL 10.0):
   Mysql 8.0.27

2. DBngin build number and platform (Ex: build 70 on MacOS):
   Build72 MAcOS

3. macOS/Windows version (Ex: macOS Sonoma):
   macOS Sonoma

4. The steps to reproduce this issue:
   I've reinstalled macOS with a Time Machine on a different MacBook. All DB files are still there and when re-downloade the application. the previous DB's are visible.

It looks like the DB starts, keeps the green light. However, it doesnt'. Refreshing switches them back to Red.

Tried rebooting according to: #90, didn't help.

Top two are old ones. they don't start. Bottom two are new ones, they do start.
