macOS version: Sonoma 14.2.1 (also occured on previous versions)
The steps to reproduce this issue:
I keep seeing invisible window behind main app window (see shadow on the left side of the screenshot) when opening app. It appears always after some time runnning the app. For instance, launched app, close main window, then open again in few minutes - there is shadow. It remains until I quit and relaunch application.
The much worse issue is that sometimes window just does not open at all. It is running in memory, the dot indicator on the taskbar states the app is running but nothing happens when clicking. I have to quit app and then launch again.
Essentially, something is wrong with UI rendering.

Hmm, I could not reproduce the issue. I think it was a macOS issue. We use a very basic setup without any customization, so it's hard to create some weird glitch like that.
