First part of migrations to Doctrine v4 Fixes: TYPO3-Solr#4038
This change adapts various places to reduce the usage of TSFE. TSfe is still needed in some places to create a new ContentObjectRenderer instance, and in some Hooks / Events.
This change makes it possible to generate the docs in pdf format. This is required for EXT:solr* EB addons.
