Bot Can't Accept Trade Offers

I finished setting up the bot recently and started running it.
It was able to receive offers but when the bot tried to accept the offers it returns with this:

Hello, sorry for the late reply. Is the issue still persist?
Usually, when this happens, it's because of some issue with Steam, or you might need to check the STEAM_IDENTITY_SECRET that you put into your ecosystem.json or .env file.
