mRest aligned to the centre of the measure

mRest is now simply translated to a dur=1 rest, and it is displayed at the first beat of the measure. It would be nicer to display measure rests in the middle of the measure.

VexFlow doesn't have a concept of mRest, so we translate mRest to a
"wholenote", a semibreve that is.... but maybe worth a thought introducing
it there.
