[DESIGN]: Kwenta L2 competition

Design an interface for a trading competition based on the previous competition Synthetix held. The structure of the competition will be a direct copy of the previous competition adapted for Kwenta.

• Landing page adapted to Kwenta
• Leaderboard and individual user transaction history adapted to Kwenta
• Stats page adapted to Kwenta with the addition of an "ETH fees saved section"
• Reviewed by ops team
