"Select Token" modal shows no tokens on mobile (metamask mobile app)

Description:
"Select Token" modal shows no tokens on mobile (metamask mobile app). Users won't be able to use this functionality on mobile phones.

Prerequisites:

• any ERC-20 token on wallet

Reproduction steps:

1. Go to Kwenta "Convert" page (https://dev.kwenta.io/dashboard/convert) on metamask mobile app
2. Connect your wallet
3. Open "Select Token" modal

Current behavior:

• "Select Token" modal doesn't show any tokens

Expected behavior:

• "Select Token" modal should show user tokens

I think this was resolved by #341 and because this is what I see on my mobile metamask after connecting my wallet.
