Hi,
I got this error:
sbol3.error.SBOLError: Unknown type http://sbols.org/v3#OrientedLocation
when a SBOL2 file, with a combinatorial design, is converted to SBOL3.
sbol-converter -o Combinatorial_Violacein_Pathways.sbol3.xml SBOL2 SBOL3 Combinatorial_Violacein_Pathways.xml (v 1.0a16).
The file, Combinatorial_Violacein_Pathways.xml.zip, is coming from Specifying Combinatorial Designs with the Synthetic Biology Open Language (SBOL).

This is a known issue #80 that has been waiting on a bug fix in the library that sbo-utilities uses for sbol 2-to-3 conversion: SynBioDex/sboljs3#17

@udp : the sboljs3 bug has been stalled since February. Can you put some time into it now, or do we need to make a workaround?
