Use grafter for executing parameterised queries

Issue #2 was implemented using the selmer templating library for parameterising queries. Grafter has similar functionality in the grafter.rdf.sparql namespace. At present this only works for query resources on the classpath. Consider adding functionality to Grafter to enable arbitrary files to be expanded and executed. This would enable us to remove the selmer dependency.
