If RDF has been produced via another tool (e.g. table2qb), it may generate a number of different RDF files that need to be validated as a whole.

Add support to load all RDF files within a directory when supplying a directory filepath in the endpoint parameter

This turns out to be an issue with the presence of an unknown filetype within the directory, see issue #21
