The voc folder is currently empty (has only a README); refers to missing subfoder docs and uses backward slashes (should be forward).

The vocabulary is made according to the CIM packages.

What is the purpose of this folder, since we have rdfs-improved/CGMES(-NC)?/(ttl|jsonld) ?
Maybe this belongs to Spec4CIM?
