Unfortunately we have an unreliable external SAML2 SP which sometimes just doesn't respond to metadata resource requests.

... so we'd like to specify a (e.g. 30 secs) timeout for the metadata loading (from IdentityProvider.MetadataLocation), happening in

Saml2/Sustainsys.Saml2/Metadata/MetadataLoader.cs

So a new configuration value (e.g. IdentityProvider.MetadataLoadTimeout) would be cool.
