What is the feature request for?

Registry Core

What problem/inconvenience (if any) will this feature solve?

Build pipeline will make it easier to make releases and build images

Describe the feature clearly.

The Github Action build pipeline should be run on demand take the version number as input and build docker images and publish to GHCR.
