Use this command to allow users to use the bot again (if they were previously prevented using the .block command)
Use .unblock [user] in any channel the bot can read and send messages in.
user: The user you want to unblock
?> You can use usernames, IDs and mentions.

To execute this command, the user must have the Manage Server permission or a configured staff role.
