Please add Czech languague (cs-CZ)

Hi! I would really like to help to translate Sudomemo to Czech!
The only problem is the special characters - ě,š,č,ř,ž,ý,á,í,é (Sadly Nintendo consoles does not supports them, so it needs to be replaced with normal latin [e,s,c,r,z,y,a,i,e])

We did have some offers to do this in the past however they all fell through. Would you be willing to not only translate this language initially but also be available to maintain it as new strings are added? If so then please DM SudoModMail in the Sudomemo Discord. We're struggling to keep our current languages up to date as is, so unfortunately if there won't be any maintainers then we won't add any new languages.
