This Privacy Policy outlines how StupidityDB and ReviewDB, managed by our independent team, collects, uses, and discloses your personal data when you use our service, available through our REST API at https://manti.vendicated.dev/.     • Providing and Managing Our Service: Ensuring the effective operation of our platform, which involves sorting and managing reviews.
    • Facilitating Core Functionality: Allowing our platform to function as intended, enhancing user experience by ensuring reviews are correctly attributed and organized.
  • Compliance with GDPR: Under GDPR Article 6(1)(f), processing is permissible for legitimate interests pursued by us, provided these interests do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms. Specifically:
    • Balancing Interests: We have conducted a careful assessment to ensure our processing activities are balanced against your rights and freedoms.

  • Discord Information: The only time we use your Discord User ID to identify your Discord profile is when you create an account with our service. Otherwise, your Discord User ID is used for internal purposes, such as accurately sorting and managing reviews. Your Discord User ID is utilized solely to ensure that reviews are correctly attributed and organized within our service.
    • We respect your privacy and offer you the option to opt out of this data usage. If you wish to exercise this option or have any concerns regarding your data, please contact us using one of the methods provided in the "Contact Us" section of this policy.
      • If you'd like to opt out from our service and prevent users from leaving reviews on your profile, we must persistently store your Discord User ID. Otherwise, we have no way of knowing who has opted out.
  • To prevent abuse and enforce our policies: We use your personal data to detect and prevent abuse or violations of our terms of service, and to enforce any applicable legal or contractual obligations.

Automated Decision-Making

We engage in automated decision-making to enforce our terms of service and maintain the integrity of our platform. This includes automated bans based on our set of rules, which are triggered by the content of reviews submitted by users or via automated detection. Our automated systems analyze review content to detect violations such as hate speech, spam, or other prohibited content.

  • Express their point of view regarding a decision made by automated means.
