何らかのアルゴリズムに沿って現在提出されている希望から，実際に配属を行った後の情報を表示したい．

ユーザは毎回自分の目で誰がどこに配属される可能性が高いかを探っているはず．その無駄を無くしたい．

ロジックはバックエンドで持った方が良さそう．
