Describe your feature suggestion in more detail

There should be a way to view and load saved games in Panorama, or to make a new saved game, from a custom panel defined in code.

The contents of the panel should be searchable, but should not necessarily require a search bar to be present. (For example, only displaying certain save files based on a given regex or pattern.)
