I think this has been addressed, to some degree, previously but I could not find it. The bottom few skills on the character sheet do not have a visible context menu as the content menus appears "below" the border of the character sheet. However if the character sheet is dragged so the bottom of the character is close to the bottom of the canvas, then the contact menu appear above the skill.
