This is the second attempt of report #1410 bug. I normally play the game on Forge. To reproduce this bug I downloaded the desktop version of Foundry v12 and installed the system from the system finder. No modules are running. This time I have recorded video of the issue.
When you try to right click e.g. "Combat Encounters" to have it as a separate window, it will take all screen hight (earlier it adjusted to number of actors in combat) - like on picture below.
Another problem with popout window is with "Playlists".
When you 2 times use LMB to minimalize it like below:
and next you will try to move this minimalized version it will enlarge to full screen height and won't show it content.
This is normal view for this particular playlist:
Expected behavior
The playlist pop-up expands to the entire length of the screen. The combat tracker takes up the entire length of the screen after the fight starts (it used to take up only as much space as there were actors on it). On other systems (e.g. D&D5e it works normally).
Desktop (please complete the following information):
Foundry Version: v12.331
System Version: 1.903
Hosted on Forge: Yes (happens also on desktop version of Foundry)
