Places for short and long descriptions for talents

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I enter talent description I like to have as much information possible. However it gets very cluttered when you add the long talent description to a tree.

Describe the solution you'd like
What I would suggest is that you make a place for the short description that shows up on the tree and a long description that can be read if the talent is opened.
