"what if a power management mode for the weapons in the meme framework was done in a one-at-a-time fashion up-to-a-charging-max-amps so having less guns means you have a higher fire rate by nature of there just being less of them when using a ganged firing mode where all weapons (or weapons grouped together) hold fire until their charging-group is full"
