They are in tmp anyways, which cleans on reboot

Upon further investigation, it looks like OSX does not automatically clean /tmp. That seems OK to me, but I'm open to alternate ways of keeping the files. |

Update to #61
I would like to be able to see the output files for debugging, so I made sure the script does not remove them and prints the path.
Since they are created in /tmp, I think it's fine not to remove them at the end of the script.
