What tool are you looking for and why?

For quickly compressing FASTQ files produced by dorado.

apt install pigz should do it.

Our latest version is 0.8.0 and the most recent release as of today is 0.8.2 https://github.com/nanoporetech/dorado/releases/

Not high priority to upgrade now, but just wanted to make this Issue as a reminder
