Is vue-splide still maintained?

I noticed that the last commit and the last closed issue was 2 years ago. There's also a PR with an important fix open since last year.

I think this is the only carousel on the internet that seem to care about accessibility with a dedicated and comprehensive page about it https://splidejs.com/guides/accessibility/.
So I have the same question, is this repo still maintained by @NaotoshiFujita or any contributor? I see no news from 2022.
What would be needed to continue to support this library?

Looking at all of @NaotoshiFujita public areas on the internet, I do not see any activity from them since 2022.
