We have some users that have more stringent password policy than others, so we'd like to be able to set password policies for individual users.

Add a
snowflake_password_policy_attachmentto mirrorsnowflake_network_policy_attachment, but for password policies. Aset_for_accountflag would be an optional addition and allow for deprecatingsnowflake_account_password_policy_attachment.Describe alternatives you've considered
