To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Step 2 of the above quickstart
2. Click on "Build and push a docker image and the commands for that can be found here"
3. Scroll down to "Step 4"
4. No link is present

Expected behavior
This quickstart is missing several key instructions and the underlying Docker files are either not written properly or necessary prerequisites are missing.
