Snowflake Connection Request Timed Out

Describe the bug
Following the quickstart setup for Data Engineering with Snowpark Python after configuring connections.toml, the Snowflake extension in VS Code codespace errors with "Connection request time out after 60 seconds"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start by clicking on the Snowflake extension in the left navigation bar in VS Code.
2. Then login to your Snowflake account with a user that has ACCOUNTADMIN permissions.

Expected behavior
Successful sign in to Snowflake
