Raw_data stage files could not be loaded due to insufficient privileges to operate on the directory_table

Describe the bug
When following quickstart "Getting Started with Cortex Analyst: Augment BI with AI" it says to check stage files have uploaded by clicking the stage, but Snowflake gives an error 'stage files could not be loaded ... insufficient privileges to operate on directory_table'

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Snowflake
2. Run the SQL on the previous page
3. Click Data / Databases
4. Select cortex_analyst_demo / revenue_timeseries / stages / raw_data

Expected behavior
To see the stage files.
