Description

For the OOS version of the SnD CLI, we are considering a plugin architecture. We have two potential approaches:

Develop our own custom plugin architecture.
Distribute plugins via Krew (https://krew.sigs.k8s.io/docs/developer-guide/).

Research both options in terms of development time and investigate any potential limitations with Krew.
