Subject: [SmartArduino/DoHome] Bulb (#3)
Hi I have a problem with a light bulb. I can turn it on and off with the key but not through the home app. I updated the firmware to 1.3.9 but no change. The bulb does not respond even from the DoHome app just flashes.

https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/5NBGdFAo This is the light bulb |
I do the whole procedure but the bulb does not respond |
there seems to be a problem with the bulb I opened it and saw the colors work and I can control them. But the white color glows steadily and does not respond. Now the question is whether it is a hardware or software problem. |
You mean RGB can be controlled, but w can't. can I take a picture |
Sorry for my bad English. I mean RGB works and I can control rgb from home app, but the W channel does not respond, it lights up constantly, the brightness cannot be reduced and cannot be turned off. |
This is a weird smart bulb, on one hand it sort of works natively on homekit, except it appears as unofficial/unsupported. But whats scary is it wont work when its on mu dedicated IoT network for security. Also I dont see any info on it if its possible to reflash this with Tasmota, etc. Any info or guidance would be greatly appreciated. |
With FW 2.1.1 you can use HomeKit, 1.3.9 is not possible and isn’t possible to update it. I asked the manufacturer and the only response is read the user manual “how to” |
Hi
