IA ores+ SF Explosive Pickaxe duplication

📍 Description

Duplication Bug when mine items adder ores with explosive pickaxe. Ia ores doesn´t break but they drop loot/ores.

📑 Reproduction Steps

1. Place ia ores
2. Mine with Explosive Pickaxe

💡 Expected Behavior

As marked fixed before and i remebber a time ago, explosive pickaxe doesn´t break ia ores and also don´t drop the ítems.

There is ruby ore in the video, so REAL_NOTE? I have a problem with REAL, mushrooms are dropped. I've had it reported by players since 8.10., but I didn't have time before

but I will try to update ia for tomorrow

I would update the title to reflect what's actually happening. Explosive pickaxe drops noteblocks when mining IA ores.

tested with latest dev build of Slimefun and Itemsadder
if the pickaxe is enchanted with silktouch, it also results in dropping the block itself without destroying it which causes dupe
