Export VSP outputs with more ease

There should be a export section after the workflow is finished, a pushbutton should allow to select a folder to export as stl files the 3D models of:

• the fibula surgical guide
• the mandible surgical guide
• the neomandible reconstruction

Consider adding relevant info (patient name, export date, etc)

• Stl filenames should have useful info like an ID
• Engraving should be done in the miterboxes, the sawboxes and the intercondylar beam

A dialog should choose output directory for the scene (.mrb) and the 3D models of guides and the neomandible (.stl). Then show a progress dialog while the scene is saved, models are being created (boolean operations), and models are being saved
