Show and vote for next events

There should be a page - the first page after choosing the game - with an event overview.

There are three possibilities planned:

• You will see the next event
• There will be a suggestion for the next events where the player can confirm if he is available for this event
• Something like "nothing to see", if there is no event planned

Notes on our survey feature:

• Works like Doodle, but with switched axis.
• Master can create a survey, all players are invited
• For each suggestion that the master created in the survey, an empty response from each player will be created (a questionmark in the UI). When the player does the voting, only his or her votes will be shown. They can only select yes or no, no maybe or questionmark.
• Master can add or remove suggestions after it has been opened. The new fields will be initialized with the question mark state.
• For choosing the date, the master can put a check mark next to one row in the result table, then put the location into the text box beneath the table and click 'create event'.
